What You Get & What You Agree To
By purchasing, you understand and accept that:

- Your access code is for your personal use only and may not be transferred, shared, resold, or posted publicly
- Sharing your access code with others violates our terms and may result in account suspension
Technical Support & Access Issues
We are committed to ensuring you can access what you've purchased.
If you experience technical issues:
- Cannot access your guide using your code
- Experience technical errors or website downtime
- Have trouble logging in or retrieving your access code
We will:
- Provide customer support within 48 hours
- Troubleshoot and resolve access problems at no additional charge
- Regenerate or reset your access code if needed
- Escalate urgent technical issues with priority
Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us at hello@fastgradacademy.com before initiating any payment dispute. We can resolve most concerns faster than your bank's dispute process, especially if the issue is access, duplicate purchase, or a guarantee request. This does not limit your rights in cases of unauthorized use of your payment method or verified fraud you did not authorize.
If you initiate a chargeback:
- Your access to the guide may be paused while the payment processor reviews the dispute
- We may submit purchase records to the payment processor, including your purchase timestamp, email address, access code delivery confirmation, and support history
- Fraudulent chargebacks — disputing a charge after knowingly accessing and using the product while refusing to contact us — may be reported to applicable fraud prevention services
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before filing any dispute. The vast majority of concerns can be resolved within 48 hours — faster than your bank's dispute timeline. We want you to get value from this material and will work hard to resolve legitimate issues.
Evidence We Maintain for All Disputes
For every purchase, we retain and will present to payment processors:
- Full Stripe payment records: card details, billing address, IP address, and purchase timestamp
- Proof of digital delivery — access code sent to buyer's email at the moment of purchase
- Server-side access logs confirming when and how the guide was accessed post-purchase
- The buyer's acceptance of these Terms at checkout
- All customer communication records (emails, support tickets)
Duplicate or Accidental Purchases
If you purchase twice by accident:
- Contact us immediately with your purchase confirmation emails
- We can help you recover both access codes or consolidate them
- We can review duplicate transactions and make the correction that fits the situation
Payment & Stripe
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your purchase confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with your payment. Keep this email safe — you'll use it to access your guide.
