The Fast Grad Academy digital guide is a non-refundable digital product. All sales are final.
What You're Purchasing
When you purchase the Fast Grad Academy guide, you receive:
- Lifetime access to the complete Fast Grad Academy digital guide
- A unique access code that you use to unlock and access the guide
- Ongoing access — you can access the guide at any time from any device using your access code
- One-time purchase — a single payment of $197 grants you permanent access
Non-Refundable Digital Product
The Fast Grad Academy guide is a non-refundable digital product. This means:
- All sales are final — once your purchase is complete, no refunds are available under any circumstances
- No refunds for change of mind — if you decide the guide isn't for you, we cannot offer a refund
- No refunds for duplicate purchases — if you accidentally purchase twice, contact us immediately; we can help recover your access code, but cannot refund the duplicate charge
- You acknowledge this before purchase — by clicking "Purchase," you agree to this non-refundable policy
What You Get & What You Agree To
By purchasing, you understand and accept that:
- This is a digital, instantly-delivered product — not physical goods with a return window
- You receive immediate access upon purchase through your unique access code
- The purchase is non-refundable and non-transferable — your access code is for your personal use only
- Sharing your access code with others violates our terms and may result in account suspension
Technical Support & Access Issues
While we offer no monetary refunds, we are committed to ensuring you can access what you've purchased.
If you experience technical issues:
- Cannot access your guide using your code
- Experience technical errors or website downtime
- Have trouble logging in or retrieving your access code
We will:
- Provide customer support within 48 hours
- Troubleshoot and resolve access problems at no additional charge
- Regenerate or reset your access code if needed
- Escalate urgent technical issues with priority
We cannot:
- Offer refunds if you simply change your mind about the purchase
- Refund due to slow internet or device compatibility issues (the guide is web-based and works in any modern browser)
- Refund due to personal circumstances or change of plans
Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
By completing a purchase, you expressly agree to this refund policy and you agree to contact us at support@fastgradacademy.com before initiating any payment dispute. We can resolve most concerns faster than your bank's dispute process. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us, except in cases of unauthorized use of your payment method (i.e., verified fraud you did not authorize), constitute a breach of these Terms.
If you initiate a chargeback:
- Your access to the guide will be immediately and permanently revoked
- We will submit comprehensive evidence to the payment processor, including: (a) your purchase timestamp and IP address, (b) the email address used to purchase, (c) your access code delivery confirmation, (d) access logs confirming guide usage, and (e) your explicit acceptance of this no-refund policy at checkout
- Fraudulent chargebacks — disputing a charge after knowingly accessing and using the product — may be reported to applicable fraud prevention services
- We reserve the right to recover the transaction value plus any chargeback fees ($15–$25 per dispute) through available legal channels
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before filing any dispute. The vast majority of concerns can be resolved within 48 hours — faster than your bank's dispute timeline. We want you to get value from this material and will work hard to resolve any legitimate issue.
Evidence We Maintain for All Disputes
For every purchase, we retain and will present to payment processors:
- Full Stripe payment records: card details, billing address, IP address, and purchase timestamp
- Proof of digital delivery — access code sent to buyer's email at the moment of purchase
- Server-side access logs confirming when and how the guide was accessed post-purchase
- The buyer's explicit acceptance of these no-refund Terms at checkout
- All customer communication records (emails, support tickets)
Duplicate or Accidental Purchases
If you purchase twice by accident:
- Contact us immediately with your purchase confirmation emails
- We can help you recover both access codes or consolidate them
- We cannot process refunds, but we'll ensure you get the value of both purchases (e.g., extended access, priority support)
Payment & Stripe
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your purchase confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with your payment. Keep this email safe — you'll use it to access your guide.
